This beautiful lamp features a base turned from black walnut and steam-bent "tendrils" formed from maple and walnut. The ring is walnut, turned from the lamp body and captured on the tendrils. The shade is a white glass with a slight "orange peel" texture; it is sandblasted on the outside to give a soft frosted finish. The lamp has a small brass inlay at the top which serves as a three way touch switch; the switch does not require a three way bulb but does require a dimmable bulb. A truly lovely addition to any home or office.
