Inspired by ocean waves on a brilliant sunny day, deep colors of watery transparent blues and greens on bright aluminum form a background for a crashing ocean wave. Cut from a thick panel of aluminum, the wave surface is hand brushed creating a lustrous finish. The sculpture floats off the wall, creating shadows and depth on included standoffs.
