This unique necklace is made of water buffalo horn from the Philippines, where artisans carve the horns after the rest of the buffalo has been used for meat and leather. They then paint the lines and let them sit in the sun. The result is a vibrant necklace that is lightweight and gets a bit darker as your skin oils come in contact with it. Here there are large balls of the horn combined with different shades of Mexican fire opal and a handmade sterling silver toggle clasp with fire opals around the loop and moonstones on either end of the toggle bar.
