Artist Betty Green used a variety of techniques including painting, collage, scratching, and scrapping to create this striking mixed media work. String, gold thread, hand-cut slivers of paper, and mesh fibers were combined with graphite drawing stick and oil pastels along with strong vertical patterns. An acid-free coating protects the surface and produces a subtle sheen. Edges are painted a solid color. Signed on the back and ready to hang.
