A unique process of controlled temperature fusing with finely crushed glass is used to create this piece. The artist has been working on the glass feather series since 2004 in various sizes and treatments. The colors, patterns, textures and shapes are intriguing and inspiring. These large scale versions are beautiful and dynamic. Many have been shown in Audubon centers and collected by ornithology enthusiasts around the country. The hangers allow for horizontal, vertical or angled display.
