This original collage construction was carefully composed of the artist's original hand-painted and printed collage elements; crafted with paper, upcycled and altered magazine pages, ink, acrylic paint, mediums, and colored pencil. Its finely-detailed surface is the result of painting, citrus cleaner-induced ink manipulation, stenciling, overlayering, and some original transfer techniques. Glued to a paper substrate, drawn into with colored pencil, then stitched on a sewing machine, mounted on a gessoed and painted panel, with the sides and background painted in a light cream tone. Signed front and back and ready to hang.
