Laguna Series, Ombre Deep Blue to Aqua
This hand thrown porcelain wall sculpture is comprised of 16 individual pieces. The crystalline glaze transforms from a deep Aquamarine Blue to a soft Aqua Green. As each piece is hung separately, one can be creative with the presentation. The artist recreates this grouping as close to the images as possible and as each piece is thrown, altered and airbrushed glazing, there will be variances.
As shown with the couch, this installation can encompass a space 9' wide by 40" in height. A template for hanging can be provided on request. Individual pieces vary from 6-14” diameter and stand off the wall between 3-4.5”. Weighing less than a pound each, they are embedded with a “keyhole” and hang from one screw.
